About the project
Adelphi University’s campus signage needed a one-page sell sheet to explain the system to decision makers, plus a matching email to send it out. Both had to feel like Adelphi and get the key points across quickly.

The layout
A large campus photo leads, followed by a short introduction and three clear benefits, each with its own icon: durable, legible and easy to update.

Headline, photo and benefit icons.
Type & color
Adelphi gold and brown anchor the design, with black and white for the copy so specifications and details stay easy to scan.

Context
Adelphi University
A one-page sell sheet and a companion email presenting Adelphi University’s campus signage and wayfinding system.
The ask
Explain a signage system to the people who decide whether to invest in it: what it does, why it lasts and how it’s built, all on a single letter-size page.
Leading with the campus
A large photo of the signage in place on campus shows the system working before any copy has to explain it.
Three clear benefits
The middle of the page is organized around three benefits with simple icons, durable, legible and easy to update, followed by the product specifications.
One message, two formats
The email repeats the sell sheet’s structure in one column for phones, ending with a single button so readers know exactly what to do next.
The result
A clean, on-brand pair that makes a practical product easy to understand at a glance, in print or in the inbox.
